Refund / Exchange Policy
*Given that some of the products sold are part of "perishable", for them a refund policy applies if the customer shows that the product does not comply with the quality or that following the storage, conservation and use suggestions, it deteriorated before the expiration date.
Please, if upon receiving the product you do not agree with it, or have a claim or request for a refund, immediately contact the email Ventas@cafesancayetano.com , Ventas@cafesancayetano.com, or call 3222992 in the city of Envigado, no later than the 3 days after receipt of the order. .
For the other products, and we are governed by Law 1480 of 2011, declared as the statute of the consumer.
